Returns & Exchanges

At That Hardware Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Whether you’ve purchased Door Closer Ozone or any other hardware product, you’re eligible for a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged/ defective/ altered

  • Incomplete delivery/ items are missing

  • Significant difference in product as compared to the information provided on the That Hardware Store website

You are not eligible for return/ exchange if:

  • The product is no longer needed

  • Damage occurs during customer handling/ installation

To initiate a Return or Exchange request, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

  • Provide clear, high-quality pictures (at least 5) of the product showing the issue (if it’s damaged or defective).

  • Provide a video of package opening in case of incomplete delivery/ missing items.

  • Include your order details for quicker processing.

  • Submit your request via the “Return” option in the Your Order section on our website.

Once your return or exchange request is accepted, we’ll arrange for reverse pick-up. Refunds or replacements for items like Ozone Door Closer or other hardware will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned material.

Products Not Eligible for Returns

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts

  • Products without original tags, barcodes, accessories, shipping labels, invoices, or packaging

  • Items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging by the buyer

  • No refunds if incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or package refusal occurs

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item such as a Hydraulic Door Closer Ozone, please request it through our portal within 7 days of delivery and follow the same return guidelines.
All products must be in new & unopened condition with all packaging, tags, warranty/ guarantee cards, and accessories intact.

Other Information

  • If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, penalties or additional shipping fees may apply.

  • All products ordered from That Hardware Store are cancellable before dispatch. However, once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
